Raymond W. LeMay III has spent the past 10+ years researching the Fairview Home. The history of this home and the children who resided there is near and dear to his heart. He wants nothing more than for the memory of these children to be remembered and honored.
LeMay is currently writing a book on the history of this orphanage.
FAIRVIEW HOME The History of the Fairview Home for Friendless Children of Watervliet 1888-1956 is scheduled for publishing in August 2015.
If you have information to contribute or would like to discuss this book,
